For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, w …moree recommend that both adults and children wear loose-fitting clothing such as shorts, a t-shirt, leggings, or a leotard if they have one. Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session. To ensure everyone's safety, long hair should be tied back, no socks are to be worn and all jewellery removed before participating. Our Family Fun Sessions are designed to be relaxed, active, and inclusive, with plenty of opportunities for parents and children to move, play, and have fun together during the one-hour session. Please note that the session fee is payable for all children and although adults can participate it's essential the children are supervised at all times. less
