Camp notes

Our drop-in gymnastics sessions for children aged 3 to 5 are the perfect way to introduce your child to movement, balance, and basic gymnastics in a fun, supportive environment. With exciting equipment setups and playful, age-appropriate activities, these sessions help build physical confidence, coordination, and social skills—all under the guidance of our qualified coaching team.

Children are encouraged to explore independently, with gentle supervision and encouragement from our coaches.

What to Wear & Bring
- Comfortable, flexible clothing such as leggings, shorts, or a t-shirt (leotards are welcome too).
- Bare feet are essential for safety and grip.
- Long hair should be tied back, and all jewellery removed before participating.
- Bring a water bottle; light snacks can be enjoyed after the session.

Important Notes
- Parents or caregivers are asked to stay on-site during the session.
- Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All sessions are non-refundable.
